It depends on the option you choose, taking into account that the individual ones are online by zoom and the group ones are face-to-face.
Yes of course! Sessions are online on zoom.
After making your payment, you will receive an email (please check your SPAM folder if you don;t receive it immediately), with instructions on how to book and with a link to a form that you need to fill out before your session.
It’s up to you. There are people who do sessions every month, every six months, and others who only do them once a year. You can also go on a retreat or take Sarah’s certifications too.
